Dumb service department. Tell them to pound sand. My truck had the issue they found during an oil change and rotation. They told me about it and let me leave only to come back for next oil change and have the parts swapped out. No issues during that time.
Oh, how about that? Been getting it once a week for the last 4 weeks maybe. Figured it might be something as simple as a door handle module or whatever else these computers are doing.
Not a big enough deal to reset it I guess. Thanks for the info as always!!
Can someone check out my truck and see what's up with ?
Been getting the little download bell icon a lot over the last few weeks but haven't seen anything new happening. Just curious.
Thanks,
My Key stays in my truck 100% of the time. I don't carry keys at all because of it. I'm beginning to use the Ford App more and more now that there's buttons in the phone's control center but 95% of the time I use the keypad.
I've always been a Lariat High fan for how well equipped it is but I refuse to participate in their game if this is the way they're going to operate going forward.
Missing all of those things at the prices they still charge for them, I might as well go buy anything else.
They used to fold flat in my 2016 and then they got rid of that a year or two later and it has never come back from what I have seen. Same with the big fat handle on the underside of the back seats to fold them back down. Now its just a cheap strap that's harder to use.
lol, what's this in reference to? I've always hated how if I use the hang up button on the steering wheel it pulls up the phone menu in the gauge cluster screen. Is that it?
This might be one of the stupidest things they have ever done. I use that keypad all day every day and everyone that rides with me comments on how useful of a feature it is compared to their make/model.
What about the head up display if it had one? My truck's cameras deal with polarized sunglasses too but they have always screwed up the visibility of a HUD. Haven't tested a 24 yet.
I almost didn't bother looking at the truck because the pics of it on the internet were from inside the trade-in bay and it looked black. I definitely didn't want black. Was a nice surprise when I got a better look at it.
Pirelli makes the OE 20" tires for the Rivian Truck. All Terrain but designed with EV efficiency in mind and 48 lbs for a 34" tire is not bad at all. Should hold up to our heavy powerboosts. I would also think that they should be quiet enough for the electric truck.
