2025+ F-150 Auto Start Stop: Can this be disabled via 4D tech or similar dongle?

Maybe I misunderstood. I’d rather not disable the BMS and I don’t need to disable the auto start/stop. I have the 4dTech module. I just want to turn off the “Off” light.

I understand. However, this seems to be the only way to disable the light on the switch.

It will not disable the ASS on the 24 trucks but it will turn off the "OFF" light and when used in conjunction with the 4D module to turn off the ASS its the solution.

But if not disabling the BMS is a priority then I'm not aware of a solution.

This post came up 2nd on my search and I’m curious, has anyone tried to jump the on-off button to stop the auto-start-stop?
It’s obviously too simple or not possible.

Well worth adding. Bottom line, it just reverses the switch operation. It is in permanent disable until you press the button to activate Start/Stop. Then when it shuts down, it restarts in default permanently off. Mell of an Idea.

Is it fully "inverted ", ie light off with ASS disabled, and light on when enabled?

Yes sir. It is off. You push it, then light comes on and goes into start/stop mode. I bought mine from 4D Tech. I suggest you call them. It is easy to install. It is clearly plug and play. You cannot mess up the three connectors because they are unique. They will have a video on that. I was in there anyway installing RAM Mounts, so it was no big deal. It added about 2 minutes to my Ram job.
