You misspelled prepared. There are sheep and there are sheep dogs. There's a lot of people runnin' scared out there. The world is a scary place...
I have sonsidered making a holster and mounting it out of sight inside the console, or maybe even covering it with a piece of carpet (a flap) so the gun would not be obvious to bystanders who might then decide to steal it.I like how that one goes over the edge of the cubby hole and there's nothing to drill or screw in.
You should move to Montgomery, AL. Taxes are WAY lower than where you currently live, and you can continue to not carry firearms there. The only thing to fear is fear itself. I left that place because of fear, but it seems that you would be poised to feel no fear whilst taking advantage of the much more reasonable costs of living. There is the CNN effect where any violence anywhere gets amplified by the media. When CNN started broadcasting 24x7 they needed content to fill all the time. They would glean information from anywhere and suddenly news of a single event in a remote part of the country became national "news". This has created a distorted perspective with regard to crime and violence which helps with getting people to view these stories.
Most gun deaths of adults are suicides. Most cops die from heart failure or auto incidents. 97% of crimes are not solved according to NYC statistics but with CSI the solve rate is a magical 97%.
Selling fear is a great way to sell firearms to the gullible.
It's called a "dog whistle", and has been slowly regaining momentum these past four years.Selling fear is a great way to sell firearms to the gullible.
One City: According to new statistics from the State Trauma Registry, from January through the end of May there were 203 gunshot wounds treated at emergency rooms in Montgomery (That's more than one a day)There is the CNN effect where any violence anywhere gets amplified by the media. Yeah, Montgomery is the basstion of firearms rights (LOL).You should move to Montgomery, AL. Taxes are WAY lower than where you currently live, and you can continue to not carry firearms there. Depending on how you carry it (IWB, OWB, 3 o'clock, 4 o'clock, etc) drawing it quickly can be nearly impossible. Appendix carry is the fastest and much less of a concern while in a vehicle. Being able to quickly access your weapon could be the difference between defending yourself or being trapped in a kill box (your car/truck). Just my $.02Just curious why you want or need this?
Watch out flappin that gigantic dong around. You misspelled prepared. There are sheep and there are sheep dogs.

But he wouldn't need a firearm, because it's all fear mongering according to him. Thus, infringement on 2nd amendment rights would be of no concern to him.Yeah, Montgomery is the basstion of firearms rights (LOL).
They recently passed a local ordinance that you must be able to produce picture ID if you have a gun in you possession. If not the gun will be confiscated. And if you can't produce picture ID, PROOF of ownership and $150 it will be destroyed.
