software update that won't update

For the past two months I get this notice on Ford Pass of a software update within the next 24 hours- I already have software updates scheduled in my truck's update section of SYNC4. Today I even went to the update section in SYNC4 and put in for the the update to UPDATE NOW- that was 6 hours ago and Ford Pass says Stand By..... Yes I got on the ford pass "chat line" and that was a week ago the chatline said the update was gonna happen within 24 hours- I called the dealer and they said it's a Ford Pass thing but I can bring it in, but it's not possible right now. This is on my 23 F150 STX it only has 20,000 miles on it, and runs great- should I be worried?

The IPC update has failed for you many times due to a what seems like a server issue. They resent it again today, but it has not downloaded the files to try to install yet.

Reason for failure each time it failed is below, but I have no idea what this means. The issue seems to be on Ford's side.

The latest update PowerUp v3.7.0 is failing to install for the last 2 weeks. Tried fully charging the battery and also full wipe/reset of the truck, but it's still failing to update with no clear reason why.
I'd really appreciate any help figuring this out.

Battery capacity is decent, and SoC is a little low at 75%.

Note that this IPC update has failed on your truck many times for issue unrelated to the batery. Even if you get the battery charged up enough to pass the battery check, it may still fail when it tries to install. It failed the other times due to a VICM/API error which seems to be an issue on the server side. Notice last time it tried to install, SoC was at 78 and capcity was a bit higher at 76, so you are close to getting it to at least try to install.

Nothing you can but wait for Ford to get their shit together. This update won't bring you anything new or cool anyway, so I wouldn't stress it.

My 2022 F150 says that my priority update has been completed. And my center touch screen has new on/off toggles for predictive speed assist and bluecruise in lane repositioning. I can't find them has anybody else been able to find them, help.

They should be under driver assist and then cruise control.
