Usually not. There is one more change you can make:
720-01-02xxxxx*--
Change from 0 to 2. This changes the seatbelt warning market to be like Europe instead of NA. Reboot the IPC afterwards and test.

By the way do all chime tests with the headlamps turned to off; sometimes people still hear chimes when it's the headlamp / park lamp on warning.
Thank you @SilverPigeon for your quick response!

This worked. I think the hack to turn off headlights was crucial as I followed exactly what what I did before but with headlights off and no more chimes!!!

Thanks again for your help!

Going to be dropping off my truck for a recall where they are gonna perform some sort of software update or reprogram.
do you guys worry about sending the vehicle in for recalls after having made changes with Forscan? Is this an issue?

Nah, don't worry about it. Depending on what they update, it may revert some of the changes you made, but asides from that, you're good.

Guys, 2023 F150 Tremor 3.5. I have done numerous changes with Forscan and they have all worked great. When I went into easy mode today in IPC I saw there is an option to enable a warning of the Blind Spot. Is there a way to get a warning on the display when the blind spot monitor activates? I know we don't have a sound in our trucks and just a light in the mirror. But if there is an additional warning I can see in the screen then that would be great.

The problem with "easy mode" is that it's sometimes hard to find a change it makes, and sometimes doesn't work at all. There are 3 BLIS-related settings; 2 are of interest here:

720-03-01*xxxxxxxxx--Shift By Wire (SBW) • Side Detect (SD) •
Sidemarker/Position Lamp Telltale (SPLT) • Speedometer Cal (SC)
SD uses the BLIS radars to provide the cross traffic alert when reversing. It is probably already enabled.

720-10-02**xxxx--00 =PT Hybrid_2 (PTH) • Power Liftgate Handsfree Menu (PLHM) • Blind Spot Assist Warnings (BSAW)
BSAW is the more likely candidate for you to experiment with. You are probably already set to 00 or 02. If 00, set to 01; if 02 set to 03. Reboot the IPC (to be sure), clear and rescan DTCs and if all is well, go for a test drive.

Will do. Do you think the warning they are referring to there is already the blinking in the mirror?
No, the mirror BLIS lights are controlled by the IPMA, DDM and PDM.

My 25 is "01" stock. This may be something related to rear cross traffic alerts, etc. because there are warnings that pop up. No blind spot indications on the dash when driving though.

my '23 is 02 and I get rear cross traffic alert, so it's still worth a try.

Have you cycled the truck on and off several times and opened and closed the door?

I'm going to take a guess at what this means: I think you're referring to the last two characters on that address line. If so, they are a checksum that FORScan calculates for you; you never need to touch them.

IPC 720-07-01 xxxx x25x xx-- is correct, assuming you have a 12" cluster. So:
1. Have you rebooted the IPC in service procedures (spanner icon)?
2. Have you cleared and rescanned for DTCs?

Just backup all your modules that have had changes made to them. That way if something gets reverted from the updates you can easily reapply the changes you made.

I have not rebooted the IPC in service
I have not cleared and rescanned for DTC's
Ill need to research a video on how to do that properly.

On my 25 I can show engine temp through the stock cluster settings. It’s buried in the menu somewhere. I would figure the 24 would be the same way.
