Hey did you ever get this fixed? I just installed my ridetech lowering kit and having this issue now.
Hi there, I decided to just turn off the setting. Now when I back up, I only get a pop-up window saying the system is off, and not the annoying chime it would do. I decided to hold off on getting the sensors adjusted because I was still adjusting the right height on the truck. I tried the slammed look, the minimal drop look, and the happy medium where I have it now. It rides great, has the clearance I need for my driveway, and still has the lowered look. I will be posting an update with the rear end. It took many adjustments to finally get the truck to ride as good as it looks.

I used the ridetech complete lowering kit 3/5 kit. And I started getting that message too. I turned it off. What dealer did have you been using? Are they familiar with the issue? My dealer sat on the truck for a month for them to come back and tell me to put it back to stock height so they could diagnose

I've been going to my local dealer in the High Desert, Sunland Ford to be exact. The sales manager that processed my order mentioned that the sensors would need to be calibrated due to the new ride height. He said it was nothing more than plugging in the scanner and following the calibration process.

Let me know when you get it done. Mine sat at DCH Ford and wouldn't do it. They couldn't figure it out. I have it off, now but it should be working!
