BlueCruise is gone!

I just noticed today that BlueCruise is no longer showing up on my FordPass app. It has been expired and inactive for 3-4 months. Before, I had the option of clicking on it and adding it monthly or yearly. Anybody else notice this or know why it would be gone?

Ok dumb question but whats the talk about ford website. Just ford.com or something. Only thing I've ever done on there seeing the build page. Do we use login info same as fordpass or gotta make new. Got a link to the useful to our truck website ?

Ford.com is the website. Click menu then my account. Login with the same info as fordpass. Click menu again, my account then vehicle dashboard. This will bring you to your vehicles information similar to fordpass. You can also access all your connected services from the quicklinks if you scroll down.

Mine shows up just fine. Active subscription until 05/13/2027. Android phone.

just checked my fordpass app and on the web and it is gone. I had issues today remote starting from the app and happened to see this popup. I don't have a subscription but it use to be an option to start one.

Bluecruise renewal system has been reported as down, and Ford is aware of it.

This seems to be happening to several people. It was an issue for me also in my new truck. I didnt care too much since I can force BC to work. THe MAch E and lightning guys are posting about this issue also.
