It just magically reappeared one day. I read that Ford was experiencing technical difficulties. I never contacted Ford about the problem.

I just noticed today that BlueCruise is no longer showing up on my FordPass app. It has been expired and inactive for 3-4 months. Before, I had the option of clicking on it and adding it monthly or yearly. Anybody else notice this or know why it would be gone?

I think mine does exactly the same thing as yours. I live in a subdivision that has a 20mph speed limit. If I start mine, back out and go about 1/8 mile, there is a slight incline that makes it do it. It feels more like a misfire condition to me, too. I’ve not tried different transmission modes...
