I did the same. I asked for their lightest tint on my sides and as luck would have it, it matches the factory rear. Your truck looks great.Got my side windows and front brow tinted. 20% to match the rear window. I like how it turned out.

I wanted a work truck ....
Seems a bit of a contradiction, there.... I went with the Ford Performance lowering kit 1.3β/2.5β
Those chrome bumpers and painted alloy wheels will prove to be more robust and easier to maintain than any other option, IME.I really didnβt want the chrome bumpers and aluminum wheels
Youβre right. I should have said I wanted it to look bare bones and with a simple wheel change look pretty good.Seems a bit of a contradiction, there![]()
We're just as excited for you Eugene!I got a picture of it at the dealership. It shouldnβt be long now. I bought it sight unseen and was told it had Black bumpers and steel wheels. Iβm sure it was an honest mistake. I guess I got an $1100 better deal though. I wanted a work truck and got a grandpa truck ? Iβm in my forties so I guess Iβm ahead of the curve.
I really didnβt want the chrome bumpers and aluminum wheels. The whole idea for me was to have a base model truck as thatβs all Iβve ever bought. Then I saw another members truck with the Atlas Blue and Bronze Expedition Ford Performance wheels and fell in love with the look. They wonβt look right with chrome bumpers though and I donβt really like color matched bumpers (Iβm weird).
Regardless Iβm super stoked and should have it in a few days. I went with the Ford Performance lowering kit 1.3β/2.5β. Iβm curious to see what it looks like as I havenβt seen a RCSB with this kit. I donβt want to go too low as I have two other vehicles that are rough riding. I wanted to keep this one livable for long trips. I think I may have to go a bit lower in the rear if possible though to make it look right. Weβll see.![]()
That's genius! Way to make the best out of every available space! What DO you do with the space under your Retrax canister? ?β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦ Put in a 60L drinking water tank ?
Pump Power routed behind canister, cable-tied to the inside of the push pins holding on the bed top trim down to the (my) passenger side electrics at the rear. Plumbing routed down the (my) driver's side in the same fashion; 5mm breather/fill line and 10mm output line both at the tailgate for easy access.![]()

Travis, I'm in Australia so you'd need to find equivalent things over there. E.g. 10mm hose is 3/8":Any chance you have a write up, and/or links to the tank and pump used?...
Damn, you went all out with the valve stem extension. I have the factory spare so I just flipped it so I can easily adjust pressure in the spring and fall.New to me used matching mag for the spare with valve stem extension for easier psi checks.
Also painted that ugly pinch weld.
