Another successful PTS added. I already had the connectors. Thanks to @JHForman812 for all the help! And thanks for the diagnosing over the phone to find an issue that turned out to be my boneheaded mistake. Side note - if you are running other interior lights off of a fuse tap in location #2, remember to put the little red 10amp fuse back into the fuse tap, otherwise your sunshade, sunroof, rear windows, and rear sliding window will quite working. Can't say enough good things about JHForman812.

Completed this tonight. Was pretty straight forward with the exception of a Ford issue that caused a short to ground. Big thanks to @JHForman812 for the harness and the tech support. Even though I had the factory wiring ended up with the full harness set because of the short. Harness made the whole thing pretty easy. Works great, looks great.

I thought the only color was the default “ford ice blue”. How do you change the colors or are these not OEM lights? Thinking of doing this to mine n

They are OEM. Different lamps are required along with the harness. There is also a different change in Forscan.

Ford finally fixed this and now you can change colors if you make the forscan change and swap the lights out.

Completed this today on my 2022 Lightning XLT. Big thanks to @JHForman812 and @b bo

Had some trouble getting the connections on the BCM hooked up. @b bo had some great photos on page 7 of this thread showing where to do it. I didn't insert them all the way the first time. I found its easy to use some needlenose pliers when inserting them.

Installed Media bin, cupholders and glove box light. Took me about 8 hours but I'm happy with the final result. Thanks again to @JHForman812 for the harnesses and being available to help me troubleshoot lol.

Are you talking about the light strips along the side of the console? if so those I believe are from F150LEDs.com as for the cup holder and floor lights those are OEM parts with a harness made to add them in, along with some forscan changes to get them to turn on.

if you buy the -CB part number its gonna come with blue lights only, you have to get HC3Z-14A318-E lights(these are color changing lights), and you will have to swap the connector if you have one of my harnesses thats connected to a -CB already. the -CB has a female connector and the -E has a male connector.

Just the oem lights mainly. I'll buy them. Where did you buy the red wire? I think since I have the max tow package I can see the connectors there already and will buy forscan tonight.

I think we have to have a red wire to use the lights on the prewired trucks or do we just plug them in and use forscan. That's what I was reading but I could be wrong.

Theres a guy that makes a harness to add the lights in, if you have the connectors for the lights then you need the jumper wire and tell the guy(ME) how you want it configured.

Lol gotcha I just want to use them like they come in the truck from the factory just to be able to turn them on and keep them on I guess or however they work factory. Just let me know how much it would cost and if I need to get anything other than the list of ones I need to get.
