Appreciate it. That confirms it is just sitting in the parking lot like the GPS shows and not being worked on like the dealer said. Time to sick my attack Ford rep on them again!

Yes a few months ago, FDRS started asking for NFTSA credentials for non-dealer FDRS users to be able to update the BCM. Nobody is sure why.

Thanks for the info, are you able to see why the BCM OTA is seemingly failing for me? I keep getting notifications it's going to install and then doesn't and I get re-prompted a few days later.

That usually fails for to poor battery stats. I can check to confirm later, but I'm confident that's the reason.

I had to wipe my laptop a few months ago, so for sure I don't have them. Also, if something goes wrong, I can't help him fix it. I'm down to f*ck around and find out on my own truck because I know with FDRS, I can fix anything that I mess up. However, I am hesitant to put someone else in a position where they can mess something up and not being able to help them fix it.

So i work at Toyota, I am willing to try sideloading with forscan, if youd be willing to give me the firmware from your trucks module, but as you mentioned you don't have it anymore as you wiped your laptop, Toyota also uses a mongoose obd, but really not sure if the Ford and Toyota mongoose are the same, as both options are available when ordering on Amazon, If there is a way to get the firmware somehow, I am sure I can get it installed, and worst case I am still under warranty lol

Update status would be great. If it's not too much trouble, finding the module status as well - i have had it in multiple times and finally got replacement sunroof but not sure if other things have happened while it was there. Thanks!

First time on the page. Picked up a 21 job one lariat used a few months ago and noticed it wouldn't run ota updates. Took it to the dealer and they replaced the apim. It has run one update in the last few months but I'm still on ford power up 2.1.0. If you could see if there's anything for mine I would appreciate.

That was my gut based on what I have seen here so I threw it on the charger last night and it looks like it installed a different update than what the update screen said in the truck, I got ECG-24.2.4.10.

Any and all VIN checks from me are temporarily (maybe permanently) on hold. I no longer have access to PTS. Not sure why or if I will be able to get it back. Sorry guys, but it's beyond my control and that's all I can say about that.
