Hey rugedraw,

I am a prospective buyer for a 2021 Job 1 truck! I checked the AutoCheck and saw that it has an open recall for that Bluecruise Module Programming, 21G01, are you able to check and see if the necessary updates for BC were done to the truck? I am fine trying to program it after the fact but if it is ready to go, all the better for me.

Personally, I can't tell with the VIN is BC is operational or not. I'm sure some can, but there are too many factors for me to figure it out. What I can tell you is that truck is on Sync 23159 which is good because a lot of those early build 2021's got stuck on a old software version that was very difficult to get out of and this truck is not affected by that issue. I am inclined to say that if 21G01 is showing, then BC is not working.

Tell them to take it to service and complete the campaign. They can bill Ford for the work, so I don't see why they wouldn't do it.

I'm not sure what version of BlueCruise I have. I've gone through all the updates(except BCM) and says it they are all installed. I was hoping to get beyond BC v1.0 features.

Your truck is fully updated except for a pending BCM update. For sure you have BC 1.0 as no F150 has been sent the OTA to enable 1.4 yet. You do have all the BC software, though. The features are just not enabled.

I have been trying to get the 21G01 update and the dealer has had my truck for 3 days and still has not got it done. My VIN:1FTFW1E88MFB70994 ca someone check this out for me?

Depending on how far behind your truck is on updates. Yes, it can take a very long time with updates that want to be difficult and not install in easy way. Hours upon hours.

When Rugedraw gets back to your VIN he can see if they have touched your truck yet. Dealers can be known to let vehicles sit if they have other things in queue.

They are working on it. They updated a few modules including ran the 21G01 procedure which shows it was successful, but they continued to work on it after they did that. It is possible that it didn't work and they are troubleshooting it.

Yea, I must have missed it. You are only showing updates for the door and seat modules. No DSP.

No worries! Figured I wouldn't have much seeing as I manually did everything not too long ago. Seems like the DSP is slowly trickling out.
