I chatted with Ford's online chat person and they are useless. After 204 days all they can tell me that my order has no constraints or material issues.This is my first purchase from them, so I really don't know the process. All I have been told is that they will call me to schedule a time, then their finance person will too. I suspect to arrange payment.
Go to Ford Chat under Ford's support and talk to them. They are able to tell you where in the world your truck is at that point or give you a railcar number to track it. That is what I did.
