I just checked my order status on the Ford's website and it it states truck has arrived!!! Now I just need to be patient for the phone call.

I'm more nervous about this part than I thought I would be.

Np mine says shipped 5/11 , going to be in area later this week for a family reunion but doubt Granger says I can shop up that soon when I can't even tell if it's there yet, you mind I ask you few questions my noob ass needs answered regarding the Granger out of state purchase process , tried to ask them but they basically said don't contact us we will contact you kinda thing

Go to Ford Chat under Ford's support and talk to them. They are able to tell you where in the world your truck is at that point or give you a railcar number to track it. That is what I did.

My bad I thought you were already thru the process and picked it up, my parents and just never have purchased a new car before from dealership and they are constantly asking me questions about the process that I just don't know yet until the financing person calls, I told them anyday now last week and every day I'm getting asked why they haven't called yet, I just need to relax about it just trying to see if threading the needle with different things going on but all good, appreciate the help

With the amount of money being spent, I understand your nervousness.

I don't know if you are financing or not. If you are, make sure you are pre-approved with a rate before you go in. That will give you something to bargain with in finance. If you are paying cash, just figure out if you want an extended warranty or not. People here say the whole process takes about 30 minutes and isn't very high pressured.

Second, you'll get a call from one of the finance peeps (I worked with Shelby) to find out how you want to finance it, and set up a date to pick it up.
Next, you'll get some e-mails with credit check info and maybe a couple other things.
Do yourself a favor and figure out how and how long you'll finance it before you get there, as well as if and what extended warranty you wish to add and any of the add-ons (key replacement, rental car, lighting coverage).....it will make your visit much easier and quicker.
After you sign the obligatory 69 documents, you're done !!!
Shake hands with everyone and hit the road !!

I was there for 30-40 min total time, and Chip helped me connect my phone, set-up the Ford Pass app, showed me a few of the features, etc. I picked mine up on Thursday, 23 May, and checked on my FordPass reward points on Saturday, requested them through the app, and they showed up today (Monday) !!
