Same, it displays an error asking for valid order number/VIN.

Also.. got this email yesterday. Got excited when I read "Your F-150 truck is waiting.".. of course just a marketing email to "go and see what they have available".

I swear they are taunting me. LOL JK!

My last update for this order was given on May-01-2024. The ETA for deliver is stating that an update is pending at the moment.

From Ford Chat……”Update Pending” whatever that means.

What was it showing before this? Not sure what is worse... having no updates to the tracker or having an update that provides no actual useful information. Also where are you seeing the ETA for delivery? I have only received that info from chat... curious if it exists somewhere else.

My tracker last updates 1 May. Chat today told me there is a pending update. Your dealer can look in VIN View for more info. Last week mine looked like the pic attached.

Just got a notification on my phone that the Ford Pass activation request was denied... presumably by someone in the truck? I guess at least it has company in purgatory

I still always get the "Cannot Be Activated At This Time" message anytime I try to connect. Either yours timed out or someone declined it!

Is there a timeout? Mine is going on around 2 weeks pending activation.

I hope there is movement for @caposeidon, because that would potentially mean movement for me.

I honestly don't know about the timeout, I just assumed there was.

Hoping anyone gets some movement so maybe we can get a few answers on what is going on... Something about that 4/24 mark for the PB's that had issues after that. Still haven't seen any for sale with blends beyond that date.

I think I tried to activate it on 5/2 so 18 days ago... kind of a weird amount for timing out and the wording made me think it was a result of action taken by someone. But who knows at this point.

And just by way of confirming your theory here I definitely have a PB with a blend date of 4/26
