Hey @rugedraw, if you have a chance can you look up my VIN (1FTFW1E86MKE10874)? The past three days my truck is saying I have the 23-PU1009-SS-NS update, but it’s not complete. I did a manual update about a month ago with FDRS, but this wasn’t available in FDRS at the time. Just curious what you see on your end.

Mine looks the same but it was via OTA. Rugedraw told me it was ok because it installed but sent a second time with a fail. Not sure if I’m good to go. Nothing new since March 7th.

They can be enabled by going into diagnostic mode. I think you hold forward seek on the steering wheel and radio until it goes into that menu and then dig around there to turn it on. It's been a long time since I do that, so someone correct me if I'm wrong.

press and hold power and seek/track down for 10 seconds to enter diagnostics mode.

Press and hold power and seek/track up for 10 seconds to reboot Sync on the fly.

All done on the radio control knob an buttons. Not the steering wheel buttons.

Has anyone seen this update? No number as far as I can tell. My truck is one of the 2021 Job one trucks that had the OTA problem that locked OTA's out. I got it fixed in June 2022. I got a fair number of updates the next couple months, then they slowed down. My last update was 4.2.4 in January 24. Then this one came in today. I can just hope that it does what it says and starts catching my truck up. UPDATE: I now see on Fordpass that it is update 24-PU0223-VI-RBS That was just released.

Received 23-PU1009-SS-NS today.

Took my truck in to the dealer for a few random CELs and recalls before my warranty expires. They ended up updating all the modules with pending updates using FDRS. I was able to confirm that in PTS. Now here's the intersting part....

I jump on the highway and turn on cruise. Note my BlueCruise trial has expired and I refuse to subscribe at that price point. Sure as shit, when I hit cruise it immediately jumps into hands-free mode! I checked connected services online and they still want me to subscribe....

Did manual updates trigger a new trial? How does the mother ship not know my BlueCruise is active again?

I'll note it seems to be BC 1.0, no lane change or shifting in lane behavior.

@rugedraw Can you please check my truck whenever you have a chance. VIN: 1FTFW1ED2NFA48274 Both the update and the campaign status screens. I received CMR-FX on April 9th and over the last week or so I seen the download bell for an update almost every day yet when I go to see the details it flips over to the update successful for CMR-FX with no ability to update. With that being said, my IPC favorites have been reset twice with the parking brake setting itself (not on a slope). I know one of the updates were BC maps -AAS to -AAT but I cant figure out what it is trying to do otherwise. I am missing the 23-PU1009-SS-NS and the rest of the 24 powerups other than CMR-FX.

In his case, it failed due to a corrupt manifest. Nothing he did wrong or could have done differently.

Ok. My truck screen says same from March 7th. Not completed but down a bit says it was updated. Still confused. Nothing new since then. Sorry to ask again

I believe I learned it from snakebitten in my opinion it was a good way to verify that my system was working so when the mothership decided to throw some OTAs my way they would probably work. I went over a year without an update then Ford sent me 10 or 11 in 6 weeks.
