TCU update 6.4.0 was sent to you about an hour and a half ago. It is sitting in queue waiting for you to start to the truck for it to hopefully download and install. If you have access to the truck, go start it and check for updates. Let it run for a few minutes and that should be enough to get it to go through.

Now that I'm out of fleet mode hopefully I can start getting OTAs... I wonder how long it'll be before I'm pushed the first one. I guess I'll check back here in a few days to see if someone can pull my VIN and see if there's anything waiting

Happy to hear! I had no doubt he'd be able to help. If you fully updated with FDRS, don't expect any OTA's any time soon.

Was Nov '23 to Feb '24 for me after a reasonably similar weekend affair... And like 8 since then. I wouldn't expect it soon but who knows.

I'm fully updated in FDRS but I'm still missing a few updates it seems... there are features that have been pushed on later updates that I don't see yet (Apple Maps EV routing compatibility, and Tesla Supercharger plug & charge capabilities, for example)

No, your issue is different and there's nothing you can do about it for now. Many 2023 vehicles are being affected by an issue where the next update you need to progress (a GWM update) is not being released on the server for you to progress through the process. Many updates are dependent on other updates to install before they can install. The EV maps routing comes from an APIM update that you can't get until the GWM can be done, and the supercharger update is an OBCC update that I guess is tied in to some of the update you can't install yet. The EV's are not my area of expertise, but they are affected by this issue, too. That much I can tell you.

Best thing to do is go the FDRS/MONGOOSE route and DIY it. Or your waiting a long time. You have a full weekend of updates from what is showing. And how many more after these are done is unknown.

Your case is a bit more complex. Give me a bit to look into it. They did to the GWM update, but the IPC still has not been released for them to do and get your BC working.

Welp, after another 7 hours of programming at the dealer, they are saying they updated the IPC, BCM, and GWM again. The truck failed the BC test drive, but maybe there's something held up on the connected services side? Can you do one more check to see how it looks on your end? I think the dealer/engineers have exhausted all their options. VIN again for reference: 1FTFW1E84MKD32949.
