Hello! Can you help check my VIN for any pending updates? I haven't received an update since June 2024: 1FTFW1E84MKD32949. I do see something in the Ford Pass app that an update failed, but it's not providing any other details than that. Thanks!

Good news (I think), Ford engineers did send a GWM update and the dealer just finished updating quite a few others as well. They didn't go through all of them, so I'm not sure if they did the IPC or not. Can we check and see if there's anything left after all the work they did? Still not...

They did make a comment they were open to feedback if we find out why it failed the driving test for BC. So fingers crossed making them aware of this larger issue above their level will get a response. You're right though, I feel like I was lucky with the work they did so far since it sounds...

Thanks a lot for the in-depth research! That's disappointing that it's a simple update that's keeping BC from working. When this gets corrected (or maybe if...), do you think the truck will receive those other 6.x.x updates also? Onto the next phase, let's see if Ford will help out.

Is there anything else to be done with these or just wait for the OTA to kick in? Oddly I received this email from Ford yesterday so maybe they are starting to roll out:
