Hi! Could someone look up my VIN for updates? I went to the dealer to get the Blue Cruise but they said several modules kept failing. I left the truck there 4 days and they still couldn't do it. They said it would happen OTA.

Looks like you're missing an IPC update and possibly more.

Please check my VIN 1FTFW1E80MFB78426. 2021 F150. Dealer won't help with getting Blue Cruise loaded. I actually called Ford Support and they said everything looks fine. Truck is from 2021. A long time to wait. Thanks in advance.

Looks like the last OTA you got was 3.5.4 a year ago. Nothing has been sent to you since. You're missing the 4.x.x, updates, 6.x.x updates and many other bug fix updates in between. You're a mechanic....I would recommend updating it yourself.

Less than 4k miles on a 2021? Drive your truck, man. lol Your truck is reporting low oil viscosity to the cloud, too.

Not driving the vehicle will mostly definitely prevent an OTA trigger from installing, but it won't prevent an update from been sent to you. In your case, nothing has been sent for a year which is longer than usual. Has a dealer ever messed with the APIM in your truck?

No i bought truck brand new in october 2022 got two updates in february 2023 never been to dealer for any work. Havent had any issues other than no updates since february. The two over the air updates came in february. Nothing since then. But truck does sit a lot

Then it just seems like you haven't gotten any love for the mothership in a while.

@rugedraw I'm sure it's almost beer:30 in Florida but do you have a moment to see if Ford has done anything with my truck sitting at the dealership? They have been awfully quiet for the past week and a half about what they are trying next on my broken ride.

All they've done is look up the wiring diagrams for the headlights in PTS. That does not mean they haven't physically worked on the truck, but they haven't done anything with FDRS that would show in vehicle history.

It shows the same oil life percentage you can see if you look in the settings of the truck. It reports that to PTS to help service advisors up-sell maintenance.

I hope that means they are thinking about finally just replacing the entire harness since all I have heard is something was special ordered. This truck has an electrical demon and I think the only solution is a full harness replacement with everything headlight related.

I see OTA's that other folks seem to get in preparation for BC 1.4 for which I have already paid my $600 for the next 3 years in eager anticipation that an OTA update would be in the offing but, alas, it seems not. Got a mongoose and did about 24 hrs worth of updates it seems. Even Jesse got me the latest gate way to push me into sync revision 1049. At one time Mr Rugedraw before all these updates you stated my ford pass cloud stuff was not even registering. Just curious if the tcu updates helped that cloud type history to show now.
