Got update last night

I have the same issue. Hopefully an update will come through to fix this issue. I have a 21 with 5.0L XLT

@Jesse-Infotainment, I do not have the 36G fuel tank and I have the wrench as well. I have the 26g base tank on my truck. Would you be able to assist rolling me back as well?

Yes.. I can roll it back if you have forscan

I have the smaller tank as well and didnt have the wrench so it seems it isnt limited to 36 gallon.

Got a notification from FordPass app last week an upgrade was successfully installed. This is what I see in the app. However, on the truck’s console display it still says I’m on 4.3.2 or something like that, and an update install was incomplete. Not sure what to believe, the app or truck’s console screen. The truck is due for oil change soon, I will just bring this up with dealer at that time. It’s so confusing.

Some day my truck is going to get the update it's been preparing for it's whole life... and there will be much celebration.

If this is a Sync update it will be the first since 4.2.4 last May.

You had two different GWM updates sent to you on 2/20 and they both failed. 4.2.3 failed due a corrupted manifest and 6.2.0 failed due a config error while it was trying to install. There is nothing you did wrong; you just gotta wait not for them to retry. You have no active OTA at this time.

have it at dealership and they keep giving me the runaround on fixing it.
They said mechanic already updated all modules etc. but not fixed. Should I just pick it up and figure out another way.

The Coyote wrench light is NOT a Factory Authorized Service Center option.

I'm just saying.

I'm not even dissing them, when I say that. Nor would I expect anyone employed at a dealership to have the knowledge necessary to get rid of the wrench for you.

Although it is kinda sad that there's no known Gen14 module gurus employed by a dealership.

Can you imagine how much business one could attract to their employer if there was?

Depends on which one it is that says was successful. Your OTA history is below. You have a successful on 2/14 for the APIM which was OTA 23-PU0724-DOM-RS, but the updates that followed both failed.

@rugedraw @2022 5.0 is new to the forum, It's his first post. See if you can get his VIN and possibly give him some guidance.
