I've updated all modules in my 21 using mongoose cable and FDRS but i still have NOT COMPLETE update stuck in the sync update screen. My vin is 1FTFW1E88MFA27351 Can someone check PTS when they have a free second to see what they find? I hate to ask direct but seen maybe @rugedraw does this. my sync version is 23291 rev 1049.Thanks!

There are no pending modules updates for your truck. Everything is up to date. It will take a while for your truck to sync up with the servers and that message will disappear. You can ignore it.

A few months back I traded in my F150PB for a 23 Superduty. I got an OTA update last week but now am ready (or want to see if I am) to do any FDRS updates. Can you pull a current list for me:

You're only showing a BCM and PCM update available, but you have a GWM sitting in your queue right now that was sent to you this morning. Next time you start your truck, it will download the files and hopefully install.

I have a 2021 Powerboost Platinum. Can you see what might be in the queue for mine? I was looking for BlueCruise, which it is outfitted for but not listed. I read through previous threads trying different things, but the system says no updates pending and it lists a Sync version of 23159_Product Revision 915. Handsfree is not listed under the Onboard Modem ESN.

I'd like to know anything you can tell me about my software/powerup updates. Back in December my radio stopped displaying artist and title on satellite stations. When I check my updates, it states that it's not complete. Auto updates are on and scheduled and I'm connected to wifi. Even make sure every requirement on the checklist is met such as parking brake engaged, lights in the OFF position, etc. I see that updates are available and scheduled but it never runs.

If your BC doesn't work, the dealer can help you. You have the 21G01 campaign open for Bluecruise programming on your VIN. I would schedule an appt ASAP. If you get the next Sync update that brings your Sync version up to next version, then the 21G01 config program won't work on your truck and it will be more difficult to get it working. The last OTA you got was 4.2.4 back in October, so it is likely that the next update you get will be the one that brings your Sync version up. Without FDRS, there is nothing that will activate BC for you. Your truck was skipped over the update that activated BC as happened to many early 2021 trucks.

The last successful OTA you had was on 11/1. In December, you were sent an APIM update twice, but it failed to install due to a software mismatch. Not sure if that somehow messed something up, but your problem is one I've heard mentioned before and the APIM runs the touchscreen, so maybe. I would message Jesse to have him check or just wait for the update to be resent and hopefully fix the issue.

I picked my truck from the dealer yesterday for a parking sensor issue and while they had the truck they updated the software to BlueCruise 6.1.0.

Could you please check if any modules or anything else was updated? My vin is 1FTFW1E88PFC11614 thank you
