Sue them in court.
Sue the people in the video?Sue them in court.
Interesting video. If I had the spare time, I'd clean and paint the bottom on my own as well. But that's not the case. I'd prefer Ford step up and clean and paint for me.
Not sue the people in the video they should sue Ford!Sue the people in the video?
were it me, I'd get under the truck and hit it with some paint, and stop worrying about it for another year.Ford finally got back to me on the rust issue. They said it’s cosmetic and not an issue. I am still unhappy. What should I do next Would like to get a group of us together.
So is a large dent on every body panel... only cosmetic and not an issue! They are buying my truck back next week or see them in court. Lawyers say I have solid case and can hurt them far more then taking my truck back and ordering me one without the rust. Call ford and open a case and ask for a buy back. Check with them after a week as they seem to close these issues like they may just go away or maybe you will accept this type of Sxit on a brand new 60k truck.Ford finally got back to me on the rust issue. It looks painted as I would think they all would have been.Truck arrived at dealer this morning. Swung by and crawled under to look. No rust to speak of. Build date was 3/2.

I am having the dealer/ford buy back the truck and get me one without rust either the axil or exhaust. Ford is asking the dealer to send the exhaust back to the factory. Looked at a Platinum today to determine if I want to stay with the Lariat or get the Platinum... the one I looked at also had all major components rusted.Mine - not bad. I took mine down to the metal; painted with base coat them applied a top layer coat.
