I see you have not gotten any OTA's since January. I do not have a good reason as to why you haven't been sent an update in over a year, but I don't think there's anything wrong with your truck because you have gotten updates in the past and the updates you got coincide with the Sync version you're on.

Based on the last OTA your truck got, the next Power Up update you are due is 4.2.1 which is a GWM. If you can get them to at least to that one update, it should hopefully kick-start the rest of the 4.x.x updates for you.
You a bit behind on updates. The last OTA you got was 4.2.1.1 back on July 14th. Both Sync (APIM) and most other module updates are done via the OTA process. I do not have an explanation as to why you have not been sent an update in 6 months. Ford's OTA process is very unpredictable and unreliable. There is no way to force an OTA to be sent to you. There is nothing wrong with your truck. Like everyone else, you are at the mercy of Ford's OTA process.

Your truck is fine. OTA 4.2.1.1 has been sent to it many times, but failed because the truck wasn't started while the OTA trigger was active and so it expired. Eventually, it will get sent to you again and it should go through now that the truck will be driven regularly.
Your truck seems to have been manually update in September of 2022, but there is no vehicle history recorded of it being done. Something seems off with your truck. I would need a pic of your "about sync" screen to have the resident expert look into your truck. Your Sync version is past the one known to break the OTA process.

Your OTA dashboard shows you were sent 3.5.3 and it failed several times. The most recent time it was sent to you was November 30th. OTA 3.5.3 is the APIM update that gives you full-screen carplay/AA and the same one that gives you Sync 22293. It seems like your truck has still not synced up with the servers so mothership is still sending you the update you are already on. Until your truck syncs up with Ford, no further updates are going to show for you. I don't think there's anything wrong with your truck, but you may want to take a pic of the "about sync" screen on your touchscreen settings and send it to the person that made the USB update for you so he can check and make sure that are no config issues in your truck.

I just noticed your truck is an XL with the 8" screen. Based on the attached document from Ford, Sync 22192 is the latest Sync version for a 2021 with the 8" screen.
