I asked the resident guru to look at your truck. Everything is in order for you to receive OTA's. I have no good explanation other than bad luck as to why you have not gotten any updates. I would recommend going the Mongoose/FDRS route.Looks like it uploaded ok.
Thank you, sir!Your truck is not reporting any low voltage codes. They just haven't sent it to you yet.
DTC history is clean except for an event it recorded on 11/7. Details on the event read:
Customer Communication: November 07, 2023 01:50 PM
What is happening?
Light Stays On: The On-board Diagnostics System has detected a problem with the engine, transmission or an emission-related component or system.
What should I do?
Refer to Instrument Cluster Warning Lamps in the Owner's Manual for information on temporary malfunctions that may not require vehicle service. Light stays on: The vehicle may still be drivable and not require towing. Light blinking: Drive in a moderate fashion (avoid heavy acceleration and deceleration) and contact your authorized dealer. WARNING: Under engine misfire conditions, excessive exhaust temperatures could damage the catalytic converter or other vehicle components.
It seems to have been an isolated incident. If it only happened once and your truck is fine since then, I would attribute it to a glitch in the matrix and move on.

I don't see anything wrong with your truck. You just haven't been sent the latest round of updates yet. You aren't missing out on anything new, so nothing to be worried about. You'll get some hopefully sooner than later.
Thank you very much for your efforts and advice! I wonder if my ongoing battery drain plays a role here. I may see if I can get another warranty replacement... but that didn't help any the first-time.I asked the resident guru to look at your truck. Everything is in order for you to receive OTA's. A bad battery will not prevent OTA's from being sent to you. However, it can have an effect on the OTA installing. You have not been sent any updates at all it seems. You have to have an update sent to you before it can fail due to a bad battery.Thank you very much for your efforts and advice! I wonder if my ongoing battery drain plays a role here. Thank you for the insight. I do charge it up to "full" every week or so but it probably doesn't remain charged enough for the random times an update is coming in. The truck runs fine otherwise! ?A bad battery will not prevent OTA's from being sent to you. However, it can have an effect on the OTA installing. You have not been sent any updates at all it seems. No OTA in queue yet.i also had a grip of DTCs the other day.
I can't tell if the update went through or not. I know PTS is not 100% accurate 100% of the time. On my own truck, I had PCM OTA 22-PU-1009-PPO-SI sent and PTS says is failed and my truck says 4.3.6 installed. Go figure.thanks javier. what do you think it's next step is? kinda odd it shows 6.3.0, no? i setup the installer thinking it might attempt install again since it seems to have downloaded it, but no changes over last couple days. i guess i'll just wait for it to check in with system and try 6.3.0 again? or you said it might try 6.2.0 again? or should try to do it myself with fdrs? can you see what pending module updates i have? wonder if that apim is sitting there. sorry for 20 questions....just lame she keeps struggle bussing, even after apim replacement.
