Your truck is on Sync 23031 since April and it looks like that update was done manually with FDRS either by yourself or a dealer. No OTA history since then has been recorded in your OTA dashboard. If you need a list of modules pending updates from FDRS, I can do that later tonight when I get home from work.

I can from my laptop, but in your case, there is no need. You need all the updates. Literally. Being on Sync 20301, you haven't gotten any ever.

Your truck was built 3 months ago. It was built with most of the updates older trucks needed already. Your Sync version shows you are fully up to date, but nothing to worry about. You'll get the updates you're missing sooner or later.

I brought my truck home to get the battery charged and 23-PU1103-NAT-VCE installed with a FordPass notification but I have sneaking suspicion that 6.3 installed as well.... could you let me know if I have anything pending in OTA?

It did not. 6.2.0 came in 10/25 and then PU1103 two days ago. No other OTA in queue yet.

It would not be the first time someone reports getting an OTA and PTS does not show it. It is rare, but it has happened before.

My truck screen says an update will be installed at 9:15 this evening. The truck will be ready by 10:00. It doesn't say which update is ready, though. Last OTA was 6.3.0 on 12/2.

Can someone check to see if i have any pending ota updates and see how many updates i have in fdrs? I had two ota updates back in february but none since. Thinking of getting a mongoose and doing it myself.

I misread your Sync version. You're thankfully on Sync 23031. Big difference. lol Modules pending updates are below.

I want to know if I have ACM and DSP updates to modules are pending.

I have been reading those updates are making the B&O sound better.
Also no updates after 6.1.0.
