I got my remote oil vac finished and installed. Custom fitting and bracket with AN-6 fittings. Even had a little emblem made up. Now I can change oil just sitting on the ground. No jacks, no taking those pans off.

NICE! only thing left is to relocate the oil filter so it's as easily accessible.

No, Not a kit. This is the 3rd iteration of this idea. Short of the front mounting bracket the only custom thing is the Oil pan adaptor. Its a A-107 Adapter from EZ Oil Drain, that I tapped to a 1/4-18 NPT thread. The rest is off the shelf AN hardware from Summit Racing and Amazon. The little sign I had made by custom signs.

I havent done it yet. I'll wait till i change the oil next with the vac system. If its a huge pain to do the filter with the truck sitting on the ground I will buy and install this.

Added a console cover. We have a dog and despite having a dog hammock in the back seat, he can get his paws on the console. Pretty pleased with it. 1 or 2 wrinkles but reviewers said they will come out with time.

The cover and the previously added ambient lights have improved my XLT interior a fair bit.

Though the process was far less than enjoyable, I undercoated it with Surface Shield. Hopefully, if I keep up on it every couple years, it will keep the frame looking halfway decent.

Geesh I did this too - cept I got mine for $33.00 and a proper skid plate. (Talons Garage - link in sig, bonus - they can't steal my cats)

You went the long way around, and still have the 'semi rigid' form board flopping around? Complete with rattling snap nuts???

Don't know what you are talking about with oil filter, it's EASY, I reach in and un spin it. The square cut out in the factory front skid plate allows it to drip straight down. This is easy, I do have long arms.. I can't get over how many think changing the oil filter is hard.
