Yea the SCCM already has some (or no) values uploaded so you have to put the values required by your truck into it. So as long as you did that BEFORE making the changes for the HSW, everything should work as desired/expected. I’m assuming you actually felt the wheel get hot, and you aren’t just looking at the HSW light coming on?
That’s correct, the wheel get hot after a change the hsw values, but the steering wheel buttons won’t work no matter what I do. I guess there is a value that deactivates them, but I couldn’t find this value

Well to troubleshoot, try uploading the stock values again, without making any changes at all, and see if the buttons work. If they still don’t work, it could be the SCCM itself

Did that as well. It will deactivate the hsw, but the steering wheel buttons still doesn’t work

Did you buy a new or used SCCM? Also, are you sure about that part number? There’s another member on here that had a similar problem to you but I can’t remember his username.

hey @JHForman812 do you remember that guy from Alaska that had the same issue with the buttons not working on his raptor after changing the SCCM?

it’s somewhere in the HSW thread, you’re better off looking in there for answers

I’ve bought a brand new from the dealer, there is no part number in the part itself, but the number on the box checks.
I’ll try to find this message, thanks for that, meanwhile maybe someone has any more ideas?

No need for other ideas. Check this post. I found it in the HSW thread I was talking about:

Need suffix -HB not -BB for a raptor

Alright, I got the HB part today, the box has the number, but the part hasn't, I have installed and programmed it, and again same problem, the steering wheel buttons are not active. :(
