I see they replace the APIM in early January. They ran the PMI procedure on it on 1/12. They then tried to run a PMI on the TCU which failed, but your truck is communicating with Ford properly, so I don't see any issues with it. It is very strange that you have not gotten an update in 7 months.

Go to your truck and post a pic of your "about sync" screen. I don't have to knowledge to know if the APIM they put in is properly configured to your truck, but I will ask the person who does.

I assume you removed the front air dam because your truck is recording DTC's for it every time you drive.

One more new guy here..... could you kindly check to see if all PCM updates have been "installed" on my F-150? In particular, I'm interested in any PCM updates that would improve drivability, for example 1st through 3rd gear shifting and/or EV/ICE transition improvements. I purchased my truck in July 2022 and it has not been back to the dealer yet. Thank you!

I'll check to see what I can see tomorrow from the office, but I don't have FDRS to see what modules you have pending updates. There have been no PCM updates that affect drivability released in a while, though. The recent PCM update which is falling due to low battery voltage is just a warning that let's you know if you try to drive the truck and still have something plugged into the pro power on board generator.

I would love to get mine ran again. I have an update that is failing repeatedly and I really am not sure why.

I would prefer to PM/DM my VIN though if you don't mind.

Your truck is on the latest sync software, but there are some modules that do not get updated OTA. I can't tell from looking at this or PTS if your truck skipped over updates like has happened to a lot of people. If you can turn on your rear camera while driving, you should be good to go. If you cannot, then your truck possibly skipped some updates.

I confirmed i can turn my rear camera on while driving. However, ever since I went through the hours of having all modules updated by Ford, I started getting updates seemingly every other week.

Last update was May 4th and then nothing since at all.

Maybe there just hasnt been more updates since?
