I actually don't have full-screen carplay or dual phone functionality on my car. Did you mean these are the versions being sent to my truck? I still can't use hands-free on bluecruise and showing that hands-free mode is good through 10-12-2022 and I am getting frustrated. Anyone know how long the trial bluecruise period is good for? looks like your apim is still on 22082 which does not have full screen cp/aa. nothing scheduled for OTA. may need to manually update if you want sooner than later

Can somebody please check 1FTEW1C58PFA73836, I'm still on 4.2.2.2 - for a month and there are other updates that came out since then. Is there anything failing to download? Or they are not pushed to my truck?

They have not been sent to you yet. I would not stress it. You'll get them eventually. Either way, you get nothing new with those updates.

Greetings, I just purchased a used 21 F150 Platinum Powerboost with 30K miles. Traded up from a 17 Limited. So far the truck has been great but I've noticed my Sync4 screen s/w version is blank. Tried to run the OTA update, got nothing. Looks like I'm in OTA purgatory. Any chance one of you fine people could look up my vin and lmk what version my truck is updated to? VIN 1FTFW1ED2MFB86637 Is my only option to purchase a mongoose and try to unlock my module or should I take it to a dealer since it has a 12 month bumper to bumper warranty?

I responded to you in another thread. Warranty will not cover the module updates, but it will cover getting you out of OTA purgatory. I recommend doing it yourself.

Yea, you just gotta wait for them to send you the updates. Not sure why you haven't gotten it, but I don't see anything wrong with your truck. I think the BC trial is 3 years? Jesse can help you fix that if you get FORscan and a compatible OBDII adapter.

Going to finally get back to updating next week.

I'm sure I have some SW updates though....I usually get the FDRS license on Tuesdays.....can you send me a screenshot of them so I can be ready ?

You only have one. The ACM is just for a replacement module.
