I see the dealer performed a bunch of updates, but I see no indication they did the IPC update that is needed for BC to work. It does not seem like they even clicked the IPC update, which tells me your truck is one of the ones Ford has asked dealers not to perform BC programming due to an issue with the IPC update not showing up. It is good you got a Mongoose as perhaps @Jesse-Infotainment can help you sideload it. I am not sure if the other updates they performed are going to cause some kind of configuration issues now, but if anyone can help you, it is him. If he misses this post and does not respond, I would PM him.

3.5.3 has been sent to you twice and failed twice due to it not being able to download all the files it needs before the OTA trigger times out. It is a very common issue with this update. Your truck is on Sync 22192 so you are getting the update sent to you in the correct order. Your truck is fine.....you just have to wait for it to be resent to you and hope for better luck next time.

Would someone mind looking up 1FTFW1E8XMKD15217 ? Just picked up my truck from the dealership after having my GWM replaced per TSB 22-2123, but still experiencing the same issues as before I took it in and am curious as to what work was ACTUALLY performed. Due to take it back in next week.

I see the ran a successful GWM PMI procedure and they updated the GWM after they installed it. As far as I can see, everything seems to check out as far as them replacing your GWM and programming it properly.

Edit: Your sync version shows blank in PTS. Based on the last OTA you got that failed being 2.6.0, your truck is quiet behind on updates.

they did do gateway PMI and then did a software update to that new module. your truck tried to download pu 2.6.0 back in February but that failed as that campaign expired. your sync software is pretty old and I cant see that it has ever updated

You've gotten all the OTA's up to 4.2.4. I don't have FDRS to see what is pending, but I doubt the list is very long.

Thanks! Your other posts motivated me to recalibrate my cameras via FDRS, so was hoping there was something in the queue to make it more worthwhile.

My camera views have been a little off after swapping my IPMA and initially calibrating via FORScan; more of an annoyance than anything.

Yeah, it took an update back in November 2021 which apparently knocked out the GWM. After that my truck stopped communicating with FordPass and has never taken an update since then.

Can somebody please check 1FTEW1C58PFA73836, I'm still on 4.2.2.2 - for a month and there are other updates that came out since then. Is there anything failing to download? Or they are not pushed to my truck?

Greetings, I just purchased a used 21 F150 Platinum Powerboost with 30K miles. Traded up from a 17 Limited. So far the truck has been great but I've noticed my Sync4 screen s/w version is blank. Tried to run the OTA update, got nothing. Looks like I'm in OTA purgatory. Any chance one of you fine people could look up my vin and lmk what version my truck is updated to? VIN 1FTFW1ED2MFB86637 Is my only option to purchase a mongoose and try to unlock my module or should I take it to a dealer since it has a 12 month bumper to bumper warranty?

You will. Your truck is a 2022 and was built with all the older problematic software already. The GWM is 3.5.2, the APIM is 3.5.3 which gives you full-screen carplay/android auto, and once those are done, a TCU update will pop up the is the 3.5.4 OTA.

I actually don't have full-screen carplay or dual phone functionality on my car. Did you mean these are the versions being sent to my truck? I still can't use hands-free on bluecruise and showing that hands-free mode is good through 10-12-2022 and I am getting frustrated. Anyone know how long the trial bluecruise period is good for? If you need again, my VIN is 1FTFW1ED7NFB11191
