Yes, the OTA trigger timed out. There is no error message......it failed for the same reason it has failed for many others: It was not able to download all the files it needed from Ford's servers. There is nothing you did wrong and there is nothing you could have done different. That particular update has been very hit-or-miss since it was released.

Your truck is good. they replaced the apim it is at the correct level. You will have to decide on how you want top update. Either manually or play the waiting game for OTA.

It has been sitting in your queue since 5/3, but it has not tried to download any of the files. Have you started or driven your truck at all the past few days?

you do have a tcu update queued and your gwm just completed pu update so you should be receiving 4.2.4

Thank you both. I drove my truck on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th. Not sure why it's just sitting there. I'm not going to complain as I like the Securalert feature despite rarely using it.

your truck is stuck on very old firmware 22062 and have not seen any ota in recent history. fdrs shows several updates which, once completed, will likely trigger several more. you need to manually get the updates going

like many others, you received 22177 ota in September last year. so you are receiving ota albeit bit slowly. par for the ford course

To add to what @kodiakz said, your truck has not recorded at OTA in over 2 years. Sync 20262 is even older than the dreaded 20301 software that is known to break the OTA process. Without some kind of help, I don't think your truck will ever get updates. You need to take it to your dealer, tell them you haven't had any updates in 2 years and reference TSB 22-2404.

I don't have an active FDRS license to check, but I am sure the list is long in your case.
