Steering Wheel Controls Not Working Properly

Just curious if there was ever a solution found on this. I've seen some threads about this more recently, but I figure with this being 7 months old it isn't something that's "just being lived with" still. My XLT is currently doing something similar at random, no response from anything on the lefthand side, then it'll just come back and work like nothing was wrong.

I haven't had any issues nor heard about it..

Take it to the dealer for warranty repair/diagnosis. It's most likely a SCCM (module) failure.

Was anybody able to figure out a solution to this problem? I'm having the same issue on my 2023. Sidenote I have an upgraded 12' screen and all the right side buttons work on the steering wheel
