Switches not working on left hand side of steering wheel

This is an intermittent condition that occurs about 50% of the time. When I first start the truck I have no voice activation, no speed control, no radio volume control about every other time. Sounds like it could be a connector at the column but not sure. I am reluctant to take it in to the dealer because they are slower than molasses diagnosing and fixing anything with covid going on. Has anyone else had this issue. It happened the first day I picked the vehicle up but then it stopped doing it only to return.

I remembered seeing another similar issue where the dealer replaced the controls due to faulty connection but can’t find it. It wasn’t on this site.
