Steering wheel controls not working

No steering wheel controls. Nothing else wrong with truck that I can tell. Been at the dealer this past week. Clock spring and APIM have both been replaced and issue still persist. Dealer states next week that the Main Big Brother Ford techs are gonna take a look. 2022 f150 Tremor with 32k mileage. Be interested to see where this goes.

bought it used with 29,000 miles about 6 weeks ago no issues until about a week or so ago and they stopped working. Nothing else that I could tell was affected on the truck.

I also now have the same problem. Horn signals and shifter work. No buttons. Nothing tested yet. Changes onforscan but reverted back. No luck.

Was anybody able to figure out a solution to this problem? I'm having the same issue on my 2023. Sidenote I have an upgraded 12' screen and all the right side buttons work on the steering wheel
