My dealer just sent me a picture of todays update from ford stating that the fix will be available the week of March 20th now.

Mind sharing that picture?

They have not be confident enough to push the software on a Friday but as you can see in the picture today was the planned day to do so. If there was no intentions of releasing it today then don’t get everyone’s hopes up for nothing.

I have no connection with Ford, but having worked on hardware and firmware before, these things are not so clear-cut, especially when they have multiple suppliers making boards and ICs. Yes, I am pissed, too. But my opinion is you should assume they are making educated guesses and nobody working on these sorts of things has a very accurate sense of whether any build will pass testing or whether it will break other things that then require more code-writing, testing, and instruction-writing.
We all want really accurate dates, but even in this forum with like 5 people we have a combination of people who are demanding more info and people who are pissed when that info turns out not to be correct (both rightfully-so, in my opinion). Anyway, all we can do is wait, but I think they did intend to release it and unfortunately the code took longer, a test failed, or something else came up ?‍

Thanks for the screenshot, BTW... it's VERY helpful since my dealer literally tells me nothing even though the truck I bought is just sitting there.

I just talked to my dealership and they said Ford hasn't given a fix yet. He told me that they should have something mid to late second qtr. per Oasis.

OMG please let that be a a mistake. I just spoke to my dealer and he said he's scheduled my truck to be flashed late this morning for me to pick up this afternoon. I guess we'll see if it lets him.....

Isn’t this referring to the Bronco Sport thought? As I read it the fix for the F-150 is available. I’ve already spoken to my sales guy and he said he was going to go talk to the service manager but my truck should be ready for pick up this afternoon.

I'm now being told my this fix doesn't cover my VIN# and they have no expected date.... I feel like they just may not know what they are doing... So frustrating

Edit: now they are saying could be days. Hopefully everyone can have better luck.
