I finally got mine. Took some yelling unfortunately. The service manager didn’t feel like it was a priority to get the update done so I could have my truck after waiting as long as I didn’t, clearly I didn’t agree.

Dealer said they have the fix and they are pulling my truck into service right now.
I asked them to check this morning and I don’t think they did till now but anyways the fix is out and I’m supposed to pick up the truck after work. I’ll update when I can.
Ya I agree. The system even says North America on it but I’m assuming it has something to do with the differences from Canadian to US trucks but only Ford knows. Fingers crossed…

Isn’t this referring to the Bronco Sport thought? As I read it the fix for the F-150 is available. I’ve already spoken to my sales guy and he said he was going to go talk to the service manager but my truck should be ready for pick up this afternoon.
They have not be confident enough to push the software on a Friday but as you can see in the picture today was the planned day to do so. If there was no intentions of releasing it today then don’t get everyone’s hopes up for nothing.
If everything we have heard is just BS and rumours then Ford needs to say something, whether it’s good or bad. The lack of communication pisses me off more than anything.
I’m in the same boat. Signed papers 3 weeks ago and after I signed the dealer tells me that I can’t take the truck and it should be ready the following week. Then the next week. Then this week. Ford has to do something about this. And the dealers hiding it from customers is unacceptable.
