I'm now being told my this fix doesn't cover my VIN# and they have no expected date.... I feel like they just may not know what they are doing... So frustrating Edit: now they are saying could be days. Hopefully everyone can have better luck.

Well if this is true it does kind of go along with @Richmaple 's comment about not releasing a software fix on a Friday. Am I just grasping at straws now?

I did at least actually get to test drive mine. As soon as I signed the papers though back in November that's when they "found out" it was on recall. Said it would be beginning of January and if not I could back out.... Unfortunately its the only Carbonized Grey 502A in the area so I will stick...

Just called my dealer. As expected...... Nothing!

Called last night and nothing. Again just said they get memos and check the system daily for fixes.... Maybe @Ford Motor Company can get just a smidge of info? Recall number 22c22

I had the same thing with my dealer. Late Feb they knew about the fix and found out it had been put on hold, now this past week they have no clue and say the only info is Jan 2023... I am assuming Ford fully pulled the fix from their Oasis system. The service tech I spoke to did say that they...

I have also been waiting since November for a 22 with this recall. Checking this thread weekly. I sent the document that the_m4a posted (thank you) to the dealer who wasn't aware a fix had been released. They did look into it last week and said the same thing that the fix had been recalled...
