Over the last couple of weeks or so, I have been getting, the odd time, a "No Key Detected" error. I have changed the battery in the flob, which is in my right hand pants pocket, approx 8 inches away from the transducer under the cup holder. I have started the truck, then get the error, but I can still put the truck in drive and pull away with the error still showing. Just wondering if anyone has had issues with their truck doing the same thing, or know of the "FIX" for it.

Side note;
Where I live, at the drive up instant teller I use, does cause vehicles to have this happen on a regular basis's. I have come to learn, when that happens to put our flob in the slot and we can drive away. but now, this is happening at different places around town.

Wow, my only thought is to try to isolate the issue to the fob or the truck by using the second key fob and taking fob 1 out of the picture.

Same issue.
Occasionally No Key Detected.
New Batteries both fobs & it’s random.
Can’t duplicate it regularly?

Replace the battery first.

Do you have an RFID-blocking wallet? Sometimes if my key is too close to my wallet, I will get the "no key fob detected" alert. As soon as I separate the 2, the issue goes away.

Got my first one of these today. Didn't leave me stranded but the truck seemed all flustered. This is after a 6 hr road trip and a few short trips after. Here's to hoping it was just interference...

I've had this a couple of times. Moving the fob from my left pocket to my right solves it though. Still seems a little too finicky.

If I understand it correctly... the antenna for the fob is under the rear cup holder in the console. Your body could be in the way when the battery gets down a little.. just a thought.
