OTA Status Hidden in the Ford Website

I believe this is what you have to look at. In this case, you don't to seem to have anything pending right now. What I see looks completely different from this.

So for @Big Cam his aggregateStatus: "request_delivery_queued" must have meant that the OTA had been successfully downloaded in full and installation was imminent. That's what I'm after for 3.5.3...

Sounds about right. My aggregateStatus is failure.

Rugedraw actually verified that means it was queued but nothing had been downloaded yet.

So I went for a drive, parked near my favorite AT&T tower, went and had a cup of coffee for 20 minutes, came back and the update was downloaded and applied.

I appreciate this info. Version 3.5.3 was delivered to my Job 1 '21 on Friday while driving to the liquor store. Thanks to this hack, I could see that 3.5.4 had been queued today. I really didn't need any more beer, but the cupboards were a bit bare so I drove to the grocery store. Sync 3.5.4 downloaded on that trip.

Just wanted to update the thread that the "deploymentExpirationTime" doesn't seem to mean that the OTA campaign truly expires or gives up at that day/time. The latest latestStatus time stamp occurs AFTER the "deploymentExpirationTime" and the aggregateStatus still isn't "failed", so I'm not sure what the expiration line means. This is to correct my statement that my OTA campaign expires exactly one week after original deployment.

You want the entry under the one that is currently highlighted in Grey on the left sidebar.

status?country=USA, etc.

If you filter for Ota in the filter box it'll leave only the entry I'm talking about.

So mine failed for whatever reason back on 1/27, but hasnt seemed to try again? I just got the truck earlier this month, this was for 3.5.2. Will it not try again within this window? Looks like it times out tomorrow anyway, hopefully it would try again in the next window?

So I am attempting to use the OTA filter in inspect whilst on the vehicle dashboard page and I do not get it listed. I can search SYNC 4 and see some info, LatestUpdateDate: Null for example.

I reached out to Ford via Twitter to see what type of support I can get this route. The person took info down, said someone from "IVT" team would reach out within 1 business day. That was yesterday morning at 830am. Still have gotten a phone call though.

Instead of searching SYNC, what do you get when you search ota?

If you still get nothing then it'd be worth while to ask ij the vin request thread to have someone look it up the old way we all used to.

Maybe if nothing is scheduled it doesn't show up on that page.

Edit: Sorry, I see you did search ota in the 2nd picture. I don't know if this is a Buller proof process or not. I'd ask in the VIN lookup thread.
