Disappointed in 3.5.3.2 Update

Well just got the update for the 3.5.3.2 from Ford and I'm disappointed that the screen size from my Apple is the full screen compared to my Android. Has anybody else encountered this with an Android or is there a fix?

You would imagine that both companies would have the same screen size.

From what I have read your AA needs the Coolwalk update. They are rolling it out now.

You need to clarify what you are saying. The screen size hasn't changed.

Also both are full screen in your pictures, but with Android Auto you are displaying 2 apps.

I assume you mean maps going full screen in apple car play.

As mentioned, that is coming, but it a server side update from Google, 3.5.3 just allows SYNC to do it, once it's enabled.

Tap the 4 arrows (circled in red) on the selected 2nd tab at the bottom, it will expand android to full screen. Give it a try.

Sorry to change the subject but can you tell me how you have you uniden mounted there and how it is wired? I just bought an R7 after a hefty speeding ticket

That’s weird and yes it worked for the fiancée’s friend as I wanted to test how it would for Android, works flawlessly! Forgot to take a picture of it but here’s one from my good buddy Lawrence’s; this is android auto in full screen.

—it’s weird, most of the full screen (CP or AA) update has Alexa icon on the top bar, I wonder why you don’t?

While I may catch heat for this, but android has always been holding android auto folks back since day one —Apple over Samsung any day. I’ll never go back to Samsung. ???
