Can you check for latest pcm software update and install in Forscan or only FDRS?

FORScan cannot be trusted to pull the correct files from Ford's servers. FORScan themselves recommends you do not do that. If you can source the files yourself, then you can use FORScan to flash them, but I would not use FORScan to obtain the files. If you brick the PCM, you will turn the truck into a 3 ton paperweight.
