Well dang, looks like I will be buying a Mongoose and FDRS license. Is there any order that they should be updated in for best results?
It means you have a boat load of pending module updates. Your truck is stuck on Sync version 20301. You need dealer intervention in order for your truck to start getting updates again. Your dealer needs to try to manually update your APIM or diagnose it as faulty and replace it in order to get you back to getting updates. What does this mean?

@Mike G That was the entire list? No GWM update appears in FDRS for him?
Did you drop it off on the 12th? If so, they haven't touched it since then. I think your timing may be bad right now. Ford sent an update via PTS to dealers to not perform Bluecruise updates at this time due an issue with the IPC not updating. I hope they don't use that as an excuse to not work on your truck, because your issue and bluecruise programming are not exactly the same thing. Thanks for the clarification. It’s at the dealership now.

The system shows someone pulled the VIN on PTS on the 12th, but the truck has not been touched since I pulled the VIN on PTS just now. I would call the service advisor and ask for an update; don't say you know they haven't touched it.I dropped it off on the 13th. I haven’t heard a thing from them yet. Super annoyed considering my truck is basically my office so I cant work without it.

They just called and said they have a “hotline“ into Ford. It means they know they have a problem and they're going to use their "Phone a friend" lifelineThey just called and said they have a “hotline“ into Ford. (Whatever that means)
