I noticed that my Auto/Start/Stop has not been working for several weeks now. Tonight I read a thread here about low battery voltage being related, so I just put the battery tender/charger on it. Not sure if my truck has missed some updates due to this.

I'd have them test that battery. Should be a warranty item.

The updates that were sent to you were not Power Up updates to get you more features, but to address recalls on your TRM and PCM. I see you have a recent version of Sync and you are getting updates, which are both good signs.



No OTA history in the past 60 days, but you also have a recent Sync version so I see no indication your truck is stuck not getting updates.

If anyone could look it up, I'm at OTA update version 2.7.4 per my 2021 XLT. Last update says October 8th but the "what's in this update" page is completely blank and I think it's a glitch. There have been several updates since then and I have a string of 4 failed update notifications around mid October after the 8th that apparently failed, then nothing beyond that. I know the current version is 3.5.X supposedly. Recurring updates have remained on as usual. Thanks!

Nothing has been sent to your truck in the past 60 days. Based on the Sync version on your truck, you don't seem to be very far behind as far as OTA's go.
