Hello,

I just picked up a 22 Tremor 402A and was planning a 2.3" level for it. What are you guys finding about the effects on the auto adjusting headlights? Do you need to get them re-aimed or can they compensate for the level?

Thanks,

Same here. No issues on my 2022 Platinum and a 2" Readylift spacer.

I have a 22 Lariat which has the auto adjusting LED headlights and a 2” level. My experience is that I absolutely had to adjust the headlight aim.

My first trip at night, 2 hours of rural highway after dark, I was flashed by oncoming cars at least 10 times. While at my destination I looked up how to adjust them and what the spec was and proceeded to lower them to match- they were quite high. It was a few months ago but I recall turning them down around three full turns on the adjusters

Since that night I’ve made the same trip twice and not been flashed a single time.

Do you happen to know the specs? And where you found how to adjust them?

My Lariat is lowered 2.5" in the rear which should blind people but I have never been flashed so the system works.

My theory is that the system is designed to adjust for payload, so it adapts to differences in the rear but not the front. I don’t have any info to support that other than anecdotal experience though.
