Streaming is needed IF you want to listen to your amazon music through Alexa. Its 10$ a month. I dont think it is required for ALexa.

I know it sounds crazzy but worst case call ford pass. See what they can do.> I actually have had a few peopl eget lucky lately and get things resolved.

If you already have Amazon music...most of us do if you have a prime membership if you ask Alexa to play a song she will through Amazon music. I don't pay for streaming.

I have prime. It required the streaming when I told it tp play music. Wouldnt workuntil I enabld the streaming subscription

I went and activated it andright after it allowed me to play it. I wish I didnt I dont want to pay for it.

Ford finally pushed Alexa to my truck after almost 16 hours of "Activation Pending".

Wow....I hope it's determined why. Mine was almost instantaneous.

Took 16 months for folks to get Bluecruise.

So 16 minutes for the next sought after feature?

Ford might just get some of this stuff figured out afterall?

I just posted another thread that talks about streaming apps coming to the Ford Mach-E. I think this is where the streaming plan comes into play.....starting with Alexa.

Was performing some updates today and the battery voltage got too low for recommended practices. I purchased the recommended battery maintainer. Are there specific settings that prove to conquer some of these massive updates?

I just posted another thread that talks about streaming apps coming to the Ford Mach-E. I think this is where the streaming plan comes into play.....starting with Alexa.

Ok thank you. If you can.. wait maybe a day to see if that changes and if not activate the streaming. See if then you can.. THat was exactly what was happening to me.

I may have not waited long enough after the Alexa activation BUT I guess we will find out.

You need to make sur ethe negative clamp is NOT att the battery but at a ground at the chassis.

It was. I placed it on the specified bolt in this thread.

Understood. That’s what I did. Voltage was good, just indicated -60% charge rate. I’ll throw it on the charger tomorrow at work and see what it does.
