I've only used what I would estimate about 1/20th or so of a tank of gas in the past 24 hours. It's hard to tell when you get to that scale.
I haven't looked into the accuracy of them, but the 3rd party widgets on the forum here do show the gas gauge as a percentage (ported from the Mach-E originally). Might be worth a look, since if it is accurate (or just consistent) that might help.

Excellent point.
A dedicated Ipad/Android tablet in the RV loaded up with the Widget, FordPass, and a OBD monitoring package, combined, is an amazing tool for a Powerboost/RV'r.

Ford could really leverage the Powerboost if they simply developed a Powerboost-centric section in FordPass to accomplish ALL of the features combined in this context.

I just filled out a survey that Ford requested in an email regarding FordPass.

You KNOW I took advantage of every single character allowed in response. :) And I made sure I was responding as a Powerboost ProPower RV'r primarily.

Brevity is not my virtue. Lol
They probably regret asking.

Thanks! We are fine. I consider ourselves lucky to only have lost power and some other minor things (part of the fence blew out, but I was able to fix it).

And yeah. So efficient! I wonder if anyone makes a standalone generator that works the same or if it's just not feasible in that form factor.
Thanks for your report, that you and family still have a home, and be safe. We are praying for everyone affected by Ian.

I haven't done the survey. I was surprised they said I hadn't used Ford Pass recently. Heck, I usually open it every day.

It's doing it again. The truck turned on to charge while I was sitting in it and it won't shut off now. The battery charged and I can see the battery actually discharging so it's not even charging it though sync said it has the engine on due to battery charging.

You can see the rpms are at 1300 but the batter charge graph at the bottom is going down. I'm using less than 200w at the moment.

It didn't do it until I got in the truck to enjoy some ac. Maybe that triggered the bug (though I did this yesterday and it didn't do it then)

Maybe there is a default timeout glitch after xx hours that causes the truck to run continuously? Does anyone have first hand experience of running a PB in generator mode continuously over 24 hours?

Add HVB voltage on your monitor. Typically SOC = voltage

i dont have a powerboost. but maybe you got a ghost in the machine some stray electrons .
its really good you are able to run the house and get some ac
stay safe

these puppies are engineered to be overly sensitive to protect US
my power management in the bus is very NANNY protective by nature

it would prefer if we ran on the genny 100% and never plug into shore power. it will trip out shore power really fast if its getting the ghost stuff happening
maybe the truck is seeing weird stuff in feedback from house or ?? could be your truck sees the load but cant figure out its all good until it shuts off.
be safe

I did for three days after hurricane Ida.

I did not experience where it would not shut off.

I'll add it tomorrow the mosquitos are horrible tonight. The truck is now back to normal again after the incident and me turning it off for a few minutes. From now on I'm just gonna leave it and not go sit in the ac...lol

Thanks. Yeah I think I'll just stay out of the truck for now and forgot the ac...lol. we have an old window unit we could rjn in the house off the truck but there are 8 of us here and the wife and I decided it would be better to NOT try and stick 8 people in one room....lol.

It's been in the 80s and while not super comfortable it's better than a few weeks ago, or even before the hurricane where it was in the 90s and the "real feel" was well above 100F
