The new 12" screen is beautiful when you can use its full potential. Full-screen apple tv or really anything you want that has HDMI.

It's all being done from this little device. I have used these guys' (Naviks) products for years and they finally released one for this Gen truck and no I have no affiliation with them.

I'm digging the multi camera set up. I would love to be able to turn on my directional and see a large camera shot of that side of the truck. The 360 camera set up might not be angled the best for this but if you hook up other cameras that would be great too.

1. Does the unit rattle around inside the dash?

2. How do you route any cables from the unit? Do you have to drill any holes? Could you post a picture from your truck?

It does not rattle and I would have to tear my truck apart to show you. For myself the way I wanted it I used the cubby hole and placed my apple tv in there. I pulled off the side console trim and I drilled a hole big enough for HDMI to go straight through. The trim covers it right up. I also converted my apple tv box to use 12volts instead of 120V. But there are several ways you could do it without any drilling. For example, the glove box as an apple remote does not need line-of-sight. Or whatever device you choose to use.

Only issue I have (for $550) is that the mirror-cam view is not mirrored. As you merge to the left, the view in the monitor will move to the right.

I bought it solely for the HDMI input and to be able to use the full screen.
