Another vote here for a full bedrug. We also have the trifold gator tonneau cover. Our truck’s main purposes are daily driver and hauling stuff for camping. Occasionally get a load of mulch for the yard or haul stuff for friends and family.

Question for you. How did you do the power panel cutout? I’m trying to figure out the best way before I cut.

the bottom of the bedrug is right at the zipper end where it doubles back. I assume you didn’t cut the zipper. Did you just make the hole an inch or 2 smaller than the power port panel and tuck it behind? Does the zipper interfere with the bottom of the power port?

I am very happy with my Dual Liner. Perfect fit on the sides and front along with a thick rubber mat that tucks nicely in place. Completely USA made in Wisconsin and the bed mat is made out of recycled tires, also in the states. Fast shipping also (arrived in 1 business day)

Nothing special really. I just did the install and marked with a hole in the rug in the center of where the power panel goes. I then marked an X from corner to corner (slowly) and cut out the hole slightly larger than the hole for the panel, and pushed the panel in and screwed it through the rug. That material cuts REALLY easily with a good razor blade.

I'd happily sell my Dual Liner for about half price ($195) if anyone is interested. Got it for my 2021, 5.5 ft, with the bed lights and power-on-board cutouts. I decided to go the Line-X route instead. Not an item that would be cheap to ship, but I'm in eastern Iowa if anyone wanted to meet for a pick up. Thanks

I ugh a box liner brand full fit nylon in 2016 and used it on my 2019 and now my 2022
It has a ribbed floor and I use a sheet of 1/4 plywood to slide things in and out. Works great

Have a Line-X with a rubber mat?

Had the awesome experience of a plastic drop-in bed liner blowing in front of me the other day as I was cruising down I40 at 80 mph. Sliced up the rubber spoiler on the front of my truck. Need to outlaw those things!

Over the years I have owned 2 DeeZee bed liners and just purchased a Husky to try. I am a hunter and need a bed liner that keeps stuff from sliding around in transit and also “ washes out” easy with a hose . Both brands fit well in my short beds and wash out easily. The DeeZee is much thicker and weighs more. It appears to be made out of recycled material While the Husky is much thinner and appears to be made out of a more virgin rubber . The main difference between the two brands is that in the summer when it gets hot out, the Husky liner gets very soft and will “ lay down” in between the bed groves in spots. If you walk on it, you can really feel it doing that. The DeeZee keeps it’s flat shape in any temperature. I decided to go back to the DeeZee liner when my 2022 Lariat comes in. My new truck will have the factory spray in liner . With the DeeZee bed mat , my new truck should be able to take a ton of abuse over the years and still look great. Price wise, the DeeZee was around $100 vs around $125 for the Husky. (Both with free shipping) I will be topping my new truck off with the BAKFLIP MX4 hard roll up cover. The Ford Factory soft roll up covers that I have owned over the years all start to have issues after 3 years or so. I am hoping the MX4 will hold up better over time. The reviews have been great and the fit and finish looks awesome .
The MX4 does not roll up, it's a hard-folding cover. I have the 3-panel version for the 5'5" bed. Works great.

dualliner for me. 8’ bed. Installed it myself in less than an hour. Was delivered to my door in 2 days. Under $500 total including 3 Coronas at the end (it was 95 degrees out)

I just sold my 2016 F-150 and I removed my Dual Liner from it before I sold it. Bed still looked brand new. I will either make this work in my 2022 F-150 or order another one.
Very good product and the best of both worlds as far as I am concerned.

Had basic Line-x on my 2010 FX4. Used the bed a lot and no issues other than some fading. Now have Line-x Premium on the 2021. Looks new after a year of use. Lifetime warranty if you get it sprayed with less than 1000 miles.

Now that my truck has arrived and I installed everything, I have to report that I’m very happy with my dualliner. Install was super easy by myself and the fit is fantastic. I also have a Retrax cover on the bed and had zero issues fitting it with the dualliner.

I had a factory installed bedliner in my prior truck and it was a pain. Difficult to mount truck tool box and slippery for my dogs and anything I put in the back was at the front by the cab in no time at all. My new F-150 came with the factory spray on lining which is also worthless but better than a liner and it made more money for Ford and the Ford dealer.

As soon as I got home I put in my heavy duty truck bed mat which is not slippery and works much much better at keeping stuff in place, including dogs, than the bare bed.

One should realize that the idea of a bed liner or spray in coating is a recent development. Go to a wrecking yard and see how many pickups have a liner or bed spray in the bed.

Dealers used to offer a special undercoating and paint protector or ID etching of the windows or adding pinstripping to boost their profits on each truck but now they add bed liners and bed spray which are just as worthless.
