For those of you who have had your eta pushed back, when have you been notified? Prior to your ETA range or after those dates have elapsed?

Once before, once I got no notification, but mostly it has been after.

I only received 1 notification, that was shortly after it rolled of the line. Any info I got after was from harassing the chat people

My app activation was denied the other day so I think that's an indication that someone had to move the truck in order to get it to a shipping container or shipping method

I think that Ford blocks activation until the vehicle is actually delivered to the Customer.

My ETA for delivery is 6/30. I am 4 hours away from Dearborn. As of this moment I am still awaiting shipping. I think it is safe to say that 6/30 is not going to happen.

I think that Ford blocks activation until the vehicle is actually delivered to the Customer.

Sometimes it does the feature not available. I've had it say pending after hitting activate, like Bluetooth setup. I was denied after a while and then got a notification for being built. Just had another deny yesterday after about 3 weeks of pending. Currently awaiting shipping.

My ETA was 6/20 - 6/26, truck still hasn't shipped. Ford Chat confirmed on 6/23 that this estimate was still accurate, but the date has passed and I have no communication from Ford.

I am within 4.5 hours of Dearborn, I would much rather drive up there and get the truck myself then wait on Ford to figure out how to get it to me.

I might hit up ford chat later today but honestly, I am sick of reaching out to the dealer and ford chat to try and get some realistic timeline on my truck.

I know there are plenty on here in a worse situation, but I am coming up on 7 months since my order. I had my production date changed 5 times, and now the ETA to ship it is a mystery. I don't really bother my dealer because it is out of their control, but Ford is absolutely losing my confidence in them as a brand. It sucks because this is my first Ford after being a life long chevy buyer.

Thursday afternoon Ford corporate told me that my truck was shipped. I got the shipped email early Friday morning, with a July 4th to 10th ETA. Since then Ford Tracker vacillates between awaiting shipping & shipped. Yesterday my dealer called me to say that they got an email saying that the truck had been delivered to the dealer's holding yard (They have lots of locations & only receive at holding yard). Yeah! The dealer checked VVR & it showed that the truck shipped on June 1st & was delivered on June 26th. Yeah again!

Today the dealer called to say that THE TRUCK WAS NOT DELIVERED yesterday. Further VVR has changed & now shows the truck in transit again.

What a freaking Clown Show!

I might hit up ford chat later today but honestly, I am sick of reaching out to the dealer and ford chat to try and get some realistic timeline on my truck.

I have very similar stats as you. Ordered 1/8. The only reason I have not not completely lost it yet is that I was able the find a 2022 dealer stock unit and bought that to tie me over while I wait for my order. I am tired man. Tired of wondering when this damn thing is coming in. It isn't a tube of toothpaste you order on amazon and when it shows up it shows up. These orders require significant planning around. I too am loosing confidence. First Ford product and very first brand new vehicle (well after the temporary one I bought). The whole thing depresses me. All excitement out of waiting for a brand new custom ordered truck is gone.

Unbelievable. Everyone wants us to have empathy and understanding because of pandemic related factors but this is just a failure on Ford's part. Sad that I am not surprised at all. I would be shocked if someone had something happen to their order when and where they were supposed to.
