Well I went from October 7th chip hold last week to a Built status as of yesterday. Trying to get an ETA on shipping date. Looks like you guys had to wait around 2 weeks for shipping on average?

I had my status change yesterday from 10/28 ETA to getting the built email with a new 7/16 ETA.

Chat gave me a railcar number and them I called NS.
Damn, I tried chat earlier this morning and didn't give me a rail car. Not saying I have one yet either but It's crazy seeing how you get one customer service person and they'll give you nothing you can't already see. Then others tell you the world. I've yet to get a single one to tell me a ramp location during the entire process.

Ok, so here's an "exciting" update I received today from Ford chat...

"Thank you for waiting William! Congratulations on your new F-150 order! I am showing the order is currently in Transit! Ramp 46, Albany, NY. With an estimated delivery date of Jun-23-2022. How exciting!"

3 days ago when I asked, it was sitting in New Boston, MI. Here's the crazy/fun/weird part...

My dealership is 8 miles from the yard where they say it now lives (Albany, aka Selkirk rail yard). I physically live 3.5 miles from the rail yard.

What's the over/under on when it gets to the dealership when they still are estimating 6/23? LOL!!!

I wonder if I can drive by the rail yard and see it now!!!

Other people may have brought this up, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Ford has a deal with the rail yards where the trucks can only stay at the yard for 21 days max before they have to be picked up. I think sometimes Ford's estimated delivery dates factor in those 21 days.

Yeah, that's what I've heard. So I'm guessing it got there yesterday 6/2 - 21 days = 6/23.

When I got the initial email, it estimated 6/17-23, but it did sit in New Boston for a while.

Those of you that are officially “in transit” with movment, how soon did your truck go from just an ETA to officially being “in transit”?
I’m happy that my ETA of 6/20 is holding steady, but also thinking it should be “in transit“ now, if not very soon.

Mine moved through the steps of built/shipped within 24 hours. Can’t say for sure exactly when I first received an ETA, but it was within that window.

Got off with chat, I have a railcar # now, however its BNSF and the only place I could find to try and track it was impossible to understand and gave me an update as of January, so I'm guessing I was unsuccessful. In the chat they said ,after giving me the rail car number and an estimated delivery date that is in line with the dates they have given me over the last month or so, "This is also reflecting in Laurel, Montana". Laurel is where my truck will be unloaded from the train and where it will sit until a truck can pick it up, but does anyone know what reflecting might mean?

This thread may be of some help.

There's a user there who may be able to help even more.

I got my "Built" e-mail the 18th and the "In Transit" e-mail the 19th. The tracker does indicate I was "Built" on the 17th and the "In Transit" bubble appeared the 18th. So e-mails processed after the tracker updated.

However, from the 18th-26th my truck was "In Transit" at the VOLTZ yard in Birmingham a mile from the plant.

According to Ford chat, my truck is hanging out in Muncie, KS...

The railcar number they gave me is still waiting to be unloaded at Port Wilmington in Delaware. Based on ranges I've read, truck could be delivered in 3 days or 30....
